Throughout my professional career, I have noticed that there is one common thread. Client service usually does not receive the attention it deserves and is rarely executed to the extent that it should be. I mean, there are only so many hours in your day, right?

  • Alert the team to opportunities to further opportunities within key clients and set up meetings.
  • Let clients know about other products the company offers as it pertains to them.
  • Escalate & resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Carry out Client Satisfaction surveys as required. (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually)
  • Monitor company performance against service level agreements & flagging potential issues.
  • Updating the CRM and ensure the appropriate team members are aware of changes with clients.
  • Pass leads & referrals to the team and follow up on progress.
  •  Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Send out e-cards for : invitations to client events, birthdays, milestones, etc...
